Dealer Training Videos? (1 Viewer)

My next tournament is Friday. In the past, I have dealt a table and my wife has dealt a table, both of us are quite knowledgeable. However, this week, a close friend offered to deal and I wanted to take her up on it.

She is good with cards, we play lots of games together, including bridge. She's sharp and knows her way around a card table. However, she has never played or dealt a poker game.

Any suggestions on videos I can send her for game flow and dealer responsibilities? I'm planning on giving her a 15 minute primer before the game, but wanted to send her something ahead of time as well. I am planning on playing at her table, so I can help with split pots, side pots, and disputes. For the most part, our players help regulate the game and everyone is friendly, but I want to make sure her first dealing experience goes smoothly so she wants to come back for future tournaments.

Also, I have already set aside a thank you gift that I am planning on giving her on top of whatever my players tip her.

Encourage her to avoid perfectionism - break-in dealers make plenty of mistakes in their early days after several weeks of training. It's a gradual process even to get to a good home game standard.
