My wife used to deal our college games 20 years ago. She now deals at my quarterly tournaments, but would like to refine her skills a little more.

She knows hand rankings and knows the mechanics, but lacks confidence in some of the more intermediate to expert techniques. Dead blinds, split pots, running a board multiple times, and others.

Are there any good resources out there, YouTube or websites, that have good intermediate+ training for poker dealers? I have found a bunch that are very basic.

If you’re willing to splurge, I bought a subscription to True Poker Dealer for one month and just watched all their videos/practiced to become a lot more competent at dealing. They cover a wide range of topics and scenarios!

Also enjoy reading the TDA, which is focused on tournament play, but a great start to understanding what a box card is and how it plays.
