Custom cloths (5 Viewers)

Getting ready to move forward with a new supplier. I feel that the felt slides even better than on my old gaming suede material and is even a bit softer to the touch. The bonus is that the reverse side is fuzzier making it feel even softer. Cards do not slide as well on the reverse side but still decent, so there will be 2 choices of which side to print on.

Samples are available, please send me a PM if you want a small swatch.

More to come.

I still have some stock of my old fabric, some of it is reserved for customers who have placed orders already and waiting for artwork to get finished.

@T_Chan if I were to send you artwork for a custom cloth, what format/size do you want it in?

EDIT: Forget it. I found it in the OP.

The new fabric is scheduled to arrive July 22nd. I still have some of my old fabric left so there will be some minor overlap from when I run out of the old fabric and the new fabric arrives so people will get a choice of which one they want.

Tony, what has been the experience with the new fabric? I am getting ready to begin the artwork process in September for a new table, and am curious to see what the new felt is like, and how different is it from the old game suede.

I'm feeling that it's really good but I only have it installed on one table so far. I'm still using up the last of my old gaming suede before doing the transition.

See if you can get the last of the old stuff, my players love it, best felt they ever used they say

Officially out of the old product. I have just a few yards set aside for customers who have already put in orders specifically requesting that fabric so any new orders will receive the new gaming suede.

I'll have a video posted of the new fabric installed on a table soon to show that the card slide on the felt is just as good as the old product.

Is the new gaming suede different than other vendors’ gaming suede like your old product was?

Yes the new fabric is still different than other vendors' cloths. The most noticeable difference is that my fabric is less furry/fuzzy.

The two fabrics feel different, the new fabric is still soft to the touch though but not as silky as the old stuff. The old gaming suede felt more like a high thread count bed sheet, where as the new gaming suede is a bit more of a cotton feel even though it's not cotton.

Is it still better than speed cloth?

My old gaming suede. No table has the new product yet, but all custom felts printed going forward will have the new fabric.

Had a bit of time today to install a new felt, here's a video of card slide. Unrehearsed video, I swear...

Please excuse the poor audio, I think I had the microphone behind the stand.

Might be a case of my brain just wanting something that can't be obtained but having compared the old and new fabric, I love the old one. New one feels more "scratchy" for the lack of a better word. Cards slide beautifully though.
