Question for @David Spragg or anyone else that may know. As the trimoon spot has been available for some time now, is a double trimoon spot potentially doable? As in, a 6U spot with a trimoon of one color, and another trimoon of another, a la the Indiana Grand secondary $100?

Inquiring minds are curious...

For reference, the $100 chip on the second row

What you REALLY mean to ask is: "are bearlclaws available" ?

Should we call it "hexmoon"?

It is not possible.

It has to do with the amount of clay remaining after the 2nd punch. With there being so little, it just pulls that little bit of base and makes working the chip unmanageable.

I asked this before my last order. He says no because the chip doesn't hold up.

Just want to thank @David Spragg for providing us with the possibility to still acquire compression mold chips with so many custom options incl. hotstamping !

Super service !

Also thanks to @Johnny5 to make the necessary adaptations to my design in order to make it rendering well as a hotstamp !

Thèse quick phone pictures do not give them justice but I really happy on how the stamps is rendering !

You guys made me a happier man. :)

Does anyone know if its been discussed why 3TA18 and 4TA18 isn't offered? Or is it on the secret menu?
My guess is simply that there is no 3/8" punch to receive the 1/8" spots for this to happen. I also suspect manually handling and inserting the three 1/8" spots to put them into the chip would also be quite difficult. No machines to do this at CPC unlike Paulson.

No secret menu item as I don't think I've ever seen one posted for the reasons above.

I have a question for @David Spragg and possibly the rest of the community. I decided to add hot stamps to my chip collection. In many photos, I see that the hot stamp is not complete. For me it looks strange. I'm lost.
And that's why. I live in Europe, which means that I will pay +30% more for them. Under this condition, I expect the chips to be even and with even dies.
And if we go back a bit to history, then I must say that the first chips that I received were ASM. And I don't think they have poor colors. I have both Paulson and BCC .. But, ASM / CPC caused only one association in me.
Quality!
Both in terms of production and service. And there is no need to talk about the durability and strength of the chips.
I'm not upset. I'm really surprised. It's like seeing a Mercedes with an unpainted bumper.
P. S. Yes, I have ordered samples.

Do we know if the linked photos are new chips or a used set?

FWIW both of those sets are used. If you are considering a hotstamp set I would reach out to some people who have recently purchased new CPC hotstamp sets and get their experience. My first clay set was a CPC hotstamp set which we played every other week and during that time I noticed the stamps began to fade like this a bit. So what you are seeing in the linked photos may be more from wear than production. And hotstamp wear is certainly a real thing.

My rack of CPC B Mold hotstamps (La Bufadora) arrived in great condition, nothing like that shown above. Unfortunately, I never used them, but they’re circulating as shuffle stacks.

To be frank, one or two chips got their stamps a little bit faded. But CPC gives extras, so it was not an issue for me. But even if faded, they weren't as faded as on the picture of the Atlantic Club.
Right, I noticed this one you posted, recently. Yours aren’t the first I’ve seen like this - I’ve always assumed when you get hot stamps, some of them won’t be perfect. That’s just part of the deal.
