Hi all —
I’m trying to track down the best airtight cases to use with poker chips, preferably without any foam inside. I had some in the past that I thought were fine, but I later discovered they likely contained PVC, and over time the plastic got cloudy and didn’t protect the chips the way I wanted.
What I’m looking for:
I’m hoping to order about 100 of them (so something that comes in bulk or a set would be great).
Has this been discussed before? If so, could someone point me to the thread that has the correct sizing for Paulson Chips 39mm? Or if you have recommendations for specific cases that fit this description, I’d love to hear what’s worked well for you.

- PVC‑free materials
- No foam inserts (I want smooth, clear protection) edge to edge with the case
- Something that will keep chips clean and protected long term
- Ideally something that still lets me see the chip clearly for matching or selling
