I’m pretty sure that the difference in this case is between modiano stock (flourish) vs Fournier stock (Tapestry). I’m making a very small leap of faith here that these will be awesome too!

They're both relatively stiff cards in a good way. In my opinion Fournier have a better snap and less gritty texture, some of my favorite cards. Gather n shuffle is a little smoother.

there is a difference between Fourniers made in same stock in bridge and poker sizes....Bridge is perfect IMO, poker size bit too flexy and slippery for my taste

As has been noted by @NotRealNameNoSir, they are less "gritty" and more smooth. And a slightly stiffer card overall.

Personally, Fournier is one of my favorite stocks out there (outside of Kem unobtanium circlebacks). They're stiffer than Kems and Gemaco Superflex, but I think in a good way. Get your hands on some Fournier 2826s if you can. They're great, and have been my personal favorite going on 10+ years now.

Do it! End of August/early September. Working with the apartment managers to figure out a date, might save quite a bit by staying with family for a week or two before move-in. I'll PM you when its official, don't wait up, I'll be juggling a lot around that time.

Hi guys, let me give you a run down of the plastics that I have used for each card release, texture or no texture as well plastic thickness.

Amass (smooth texture):
• Classic Paisley (31 mm)
• Classic Crosshatch (31 mm)
• Classic Culture (29 mm)
• Classic Medallion - Pinochle (29 mm)
• v2 Classic Baroque (31 mm)
• Classic Circle 31 mm)
• They also did the first version of Victorian on a 30 mm textured plastic from Italy, but it wasn't as bright white as was more expensive.

Modiano (soft texture):
• Classic Victorian v2 (brown/green/purple/orange - 30mm)
• Classic Flourish (30mm)
• Classic Interweave (30mm - black only)
• Classic Diamond (30mm - black only)
• Caicos Casino (30mm)

Dal Negro (gritty texture):
• Classic Victorian v2 (red/blue/black/yellow - 31mm)
• Classic Diamond Bridge Blackjack Index (31mm)

Fournier (slight texture, mostly smooth):
• Same plastic as the EPT that some of you have/are familiar with.

I am looking forward to having the same plastic on all product lines moving forward.
