Chips that everyone else likes but just don’t do it it for you… and go (1 Viewer)

"All TRKs..." me
Like I said before, if you like dainty little lady spots, then the TRKs are all yours. I’ll take the Paulsons.

The truth is I’d happily take the TRKs too.
I’ve driven the RHC bashing bandwagon before and I stand by it - they’re inferior chips. Also I’d happily take them. Because at the end of the day, I’m a player. As much as look and feel matter to me, as long as chips can stack without falling over, I’ll take them!

I was absolutely loving this thread until I saw some chips I love getting hate!

Here goes:

Anything China Clay.
Anything ceramic.
Anything Cards Mold.
Almost all RHC.
Almost all TRK.

I added an "almost all" to those last two just because I didn't want @DirtyTIVA to go on tilt. (It should read "Anything" too but don't tell him)
I was going to say something in response to this but then my mind blanked at Tuna’s post...

Hmmm. Marc I like TRK inlay designs and that scrown mold the best. It holds up after 5 decades. My JC $25 RHCs chipped a little from coming out of their racks last week. Are they affordable or a financially good idea? Nope. Is the Ferrari Enzo a fast car today? Nope. It’s not even that good looking any more. But it’s special and worth more than my house and people respect it even if they don’t want to/can’t own it.

You just have to play with them sometime. @Godzilla28 got me hooked

Oversized, THC, Solids, in 3 shades of grey and 2 (or 3) shades of green, just to see a B-cup?
There are other options and cup sizes
Would not want a whole set, but they are perfect show ‘em chips.

My opinion for this opinion thread is that different strokes for different folks keeps the world interesting. I am just thankful we all have such a variety of chips to choose from that everyone can find something that matches their uniquely personal aesthetic preferences.

Slightly better, and perfect for deterring some females from playing in your game - which has never been my goal, so they just don't do it for me.

I have some different ones on a different chip, i will send pictures later

I wsa wondering what makes up a complete set of these

I knew I was gonna get some hate mail from that TRK comment but to be clear I don't dislike them just don't love them. If
I could buy affordable colorful & minty ones I'm sure I would sing a different tune. So if anyone wants to send me some to prove me wrong PM for my address & we can make this happen!

I have seen the same 6 women on a lot of different base chips, but these are the only 6 women I have seen on them regardless of the base chip.

It's almost time to turn this thread into a TRK showcase thread again. LOL

I'll oblige. Somewhat, lol. To me these are definitely overrated, but mostly because of their inlays. I certainly get their appeal when it comes to feel. I guess I can understand that some US members will have a level of fascination for western stuff though, which would make these appealing to them. But for myself these would be traded or sold quickly if I ever were lucky enough to run into a set.

seriously those inlays are pretty horrible. :ROFLMAO:

Please send them all to me….I love boobies.
I love boobies too. The internet has loads of them. They're bigger than 2mm in size too.

I love food, but I wouldn't want dinner served on a poker chip. A chip is just entirely the wrong format for me, and other than a pre-pubecent thrill, I just don't get the interest for a chip that costs the same as a BTP or a boat chip.
