I'm searching for a friend that is looking for a cash game set. He is currently using low end plastics and I'm helping him upgrade. His budget is $1000-$1200. Please don't shoot the messenger :)

Breakdown
$1s-200
$5s-500
$25s-200
$100s-40
Total 940 chips

I'll send him all offers, some set types would be like Crystal Moscow, Ocean Jewel, CPC, HSI, HSCinci, HSClev Jack Cinci, etc. Real Good - Used condition, but worn out tires will probably scare him. I'll repeat, please don't shoot the messenger lol.

Thanks!
Gabe

I'm not sure why the set uses 4 different 5's. I missed out the TCR room sale to see why that was done.

Is he looking for ceramics, Paulson, Bud Jones?

I'll send him the link and if he purchases from Apache, I'll send you a PM on a highly collectible card capper or sample set.

I definitely wasn’t serious and even if I was it’s the vendor that pays affiliate commissions. Absolutely no compensation will be accepted.

They were all mixed up when received from the casino and are being sold as is. You can however buy them pre-sorted from people on here, and trade for fairly similar values - just a bit of a hassle.

A bit surprising that some vendors don’t just sort them. Cost of labor is peanuts per rack and i think they’d be worth a good $10/rack premium for a consistent product.

B&G, Paulson or Bud Jones I'm thinking. It's going to be tough with his budget but If he likes what he sees maybe he'll add to his budget to get it done.

…and here I was trying to help out my friend with a budget of $250-500ish. I should have just hung up on him the moment he said the amount.

Who knows, maybe someone has a set on the shelf and would like $1500 for it to move it or fund a project they are working on.

You can still get HS Cincinnati used chips in your breakdown. If he is interested, I can get him most of these chips at a discount to TCE. I have a used set I will probably be unloading and can throw in some extras. He would still need to buy some chips from TCE or another member for exact breakdown.

TCE prices are below:

HS Cincinnati

$1’s. 200. $178
$5’s 500. $395
$25’s 200. $258
$100’s 40. $79.60

Total. $910.60.
