I won this auction quite a while ago and Justin said he’d ship it on a couple different occasions but never received tracking or the chips as promised. It’s now been about a month since he’s logged on and while I understand he’s a trusted member, I’m also wondering if I could just get an update on where we are. Appreciate if anyone that knows him personally can try helping getting me in touch with him. @jpietrella

Unrelated to the purpose of your post: wow those are cool chips.

He comes and goes and is definitely a reliable chipper. And will circle back. I think he squared up with everyone last time life ran its course and he didn’t ship promptly. @upNdown is poker buddies with him if memory serves.

I have his contact info and can send him a message

Edit: also wanted to add that he's a solid chipper. I know he will make right on whatever transaction has transpired

I haven’t transacted in a little while but did my share. Trusted member or not, this community relies on sellers/shippers as well as buyers to do their part. Unless an absolute catastrophe occurs, falling out of touch with a buyer is not acceptable.

People are moving the goalposts on what’s acceptable.

I can’t speak for anyone else but @jpietrella is no longer a trusted member. His unapologetic return last time told me everything I needed to know about what he thinks is acceptable in a transaction.
How would anyone know after seeing the 100% feedback on 93 transactions

Tommy feeling a little vindicated, eh?

Any update is all I’m looking for. I’m not worried about getting scammed (at least I don’t think I should be). And of course, I hope he’s doing ok regardless.

Appreciate it @FordPickup92.

He responded and said thanks for letting him know. He's dealing with some personal things. He's stepped away from PCF right now, but he is aware that he has some open ended transactions and will take care of them in a few weeks
Amazing. I appreciate you reaching out and helping here!

No problem at all. Hopefully folks continue to give him a chance, I definitely would vouch for him. All the transactions I've had with him have always been positive, on and off forum.
Best of luck with everything, hope it all gets squared away!

I appreciate this, thank you.

Count me in as also willing to take interest free loans from you guys for months at a time!

This is where I think @BarrieJ3 is right (shudders) that more nuanced feedback would be helpful. Like time to ship.

I totally get that life happens. Seriously, I've had a lot of it happen to me recently, so I 100% get it.
But it takes literally 10 seconds while you're sitting on the can to refund someone's money.

And leaving a stranger in a financial black hole for weeks on end - with all of that unnecessary anxiety - is so fucking shitty.
