60” round - HD foam (1 Viewer)

I haven't built a tables in ages, but I vaguely recall there was a trick to cutting a slit in the middle of the foam and you could stretch it to make it work? That very well could have been for the vinyl though, not the foam. Probably not helpful, sorry.

That works for the vinyl, not the foam.

I've always used a seam for 60s:

Didn't have the cash to buy a large foam sheet when built the first table. Used offcuts so had many separate pieces. I found that if the edges are pushed up against each other, bit under pressure, that no seam was visible through the vinyl. Took finessing. But a disclaimer; result may depend on the exact materials.

I have built 100+ custom poker tables and I always just cut a strip the width of the rail and wrap the foam around. I just glue the ends together if I need to use more than one piece and I have never had anyone complain about feeling a seam under the whisper soft vinyl. This way you can get several tables out of a single sheet of foam.
