10NL ACR Blitz: Critique my line (1 Viewer)

Folds to Her in SB with 88. Hero RFI to 2.5BB.
BB 3! to 8BB (touch over 3x) and Hero calls. I dont think I should 4! bluff here?

Hero flops a set and the K should hit V's 3! range. Hero X to X/R.
V bets a touch over 1/2 pot and Hero X/R to 3x. V calls.

Hero jams turn as V is short and has just over a pot sized bet left. Thoughts?

So solver is leading turn 3/4 pot with 88 but never jamming. Probably as V has KK and 56 in range. We are very strong here but given the lack of nuts solver may be saving some of his stack and going for a medium sized bet.

V had 56s. Surprising that he called the X/R with a gutter.
He's getting 3:1 on that call (needing 25% equity to continue) and has 15% - I guess he thought about the implied odds?

I'm surprised how widely solver is calling the X/R honestly.
Since I didnt 4! pre that takes AK/KK out of my range so in hindsight I dont have a lot of great X/R value combos, only 88 and KQ/KJs/KTs (which is getting pretty thin IMHO). Balanced by a fair number of bluffs like A4s, A5s, 98s. Maybe solver calls given the number of bluffs and he's IP and can bluff later streets?

that was a pretty well disguised 56. I don’t know how he calls off his stack, chasing a gutty, but I think you played this one well and just got inescapably screwed.
