Understand that subjective themes may be a bit more difficult and not as useful, I.e. focused on a specific sports team. If you have an idea of how you see the labels/images being done, feel free to share the vision as well.
Themes:
Alcohol/Wine @detroitdad - bourbon/whiskey with muted colors, or wine with more vibrant colors. Brie mentioned the Fav Beer thread as well.
@Venturalvn mentioned nods to Orchard ASM or the Bourbon Room.
3D art @MrCatPants - self explanatory, although the process of possibility of being able to do it still out there
PCF moderators boudoir @FordPickup92 - started with labels being our mods posed as pinups. So maybe, some type of crossover of admins/meetups/etc. and pinups?
Horror Villains @Ronoh (like slashers, with each chip designed around the individual villain)
BarrieJ3 - something classical, like a poker room, but tie in chip/label design to the name. Like Astral Pokeroom, but chip colors match individual planets in solar system.
Significant Landmarks of City Visited/Biggest/Longest Run PCF Meetups @Kidsthesedays - for me this would work if it’s where I’ve lived, CA, IN, MI, and France.
@BarrieJ3 Could also maybe be based on longest running PCF meetups? SQM in Fl, Windy City in Chi, etc.? Lastly, could also be old school card rooms in various cities.
Gambling/casino theme @Venturalvn - Going back to an all time classic like Lucky 7 idea? Dig in on the gambling/casino theme, could be any number of themes or crossovers.
Fictional/Historical Club or Hotel (speakeasys, jazz clubs, etc.) @superchromix -Location which may have had a card room, e.g. somewhere on the in the southern US.
@heisman mentioned possibilities such as famous or well known speakeasy's, jazz clubs, or olden day night clubs.
Cardroom Caricatures @upNdown - nits, donks, OMCs, fish, whale, hoodie-sunglasses-headphones guy, etc. Adding to the funny/caricature, Venturalvn mentions "The OM Coffee House"
@JMC9389 had another take on the caricatures, using similar breakdown and adding J Chan, Matt Damon, and Hellmuth or other well known poker great to higher denoms
Great wines of France @Max D - Work through varietals/regions, with upper denoms getting into cognac and champagne. Could do several labels for individual vineyards/bottles per denom.
Moulin Rouge @superchromix - Just a ton of possibilities, from fiction to nonfiction, would need to narrow down
TMNT Theme @cpac54 - mentioned how well colors work with individual characters Michaelangelo/Orange, Donatello/Blue, Raphael/Red, etc. Wouldn't have to be cartoony, could be a fictional game/card room from the city, with chip colors being the nod to the characters
80s/90s Video Games
@TeamNapoli - could be a ton of options, zelda/fighting games/defender/astroids/space invaders, etc. one example was: mario bros/red and blue spots, mario bros luigie/green and blue spots, donky kong/black and choclate, pac man/yellow with a spot for each ghost, etc.
Last Stands in Battle @TeamNapoli - Set dedicated to the last stands, with uniforms translating to colors. Examples: 300 (red and gold I think), the alamo, the Swiss Guard (was actually OPs hs mascot (red, blue, white I think), bunker hill, charge of the light brigade
Uncle Buck @Sprouty - Location from the movie, like Palace Bowl, with one side of the chip being "One Buck" "Five Bucks" etc. and a caricature of Uncle Buck.
Zodiac Set @sheikh617 - Using a card room name like "The Zodiac", doing each chip with the year of the xyz and also including pictures on each chip of the xyz
Champagne Room @Rhodeman77 - The Champagne Room is always the most elite/VIP room in the club. This can be taken anywhere from a high class classic approach maybe relableing some bomb
THC or Boat chips, down to having fun designing low brow ceramics.
Las Vegas Classic Locations @Kidd32 - Whether its doing familiar designs, including familiar architecture, etc. A nice setup might be: .25 Bourbon Street, $1 Dunes, $2 El Rancho, $5 Fitzgeralds, and so on, with the design being the same for each chip, but casino name, font, and silhoutte of casino changing.
"Nibbles Card Club" @longflop - based on poker night food, i.e. T25 Pretzels, T100 Chips, T500 M&Ms. Could include something regarding sandwiches/hotdogs/soups/cereal fights.
NUTS Casino @Himewad - label idea regarding the nuts and playing off the term with a squirrel. actually had a lot of traction, but original creator is not using and offered up. link here

Woodlands / Forest Resort @DJ_Fett - opposite of the bright themes for sets like
BTP and SB, would use still bold but more earthy colors. A simple label with a nature logo
