Does anyone have a trick, say a spray powder to use on speed cloth to make the cards slide better? I have the unsuited speed cloth on my table and the cards, using Copag or Kem only, just don't slide well or make it across the table. I would appreciate any suggestions. Pic is of my table. Thanks.

How old is the felt? As they get older they get worn and cards don’t slide very well any more. Once I replaced it the cards went from one end to the other very easy.

That looks more like felt than speed cloth. I could be wrong. I originally had some felt on my table and replaced it with some SSC, and the friction is so much lower on the cloth so I can pass the cards down the entire length of the table with minimal force.

I ordered SSC from these guys, if that helps. Great customer service, highly recommend.

It is not felt, it is Non Suited Speed Cloth from Chan Man. He built the table. Just wondering if anyone has any solutions to help the cards slide better on Speed Cloth.

I stand corrected. Not sure then. My SSC showed immediate differences once installed.

It is a new table, just had it made by Chan Man about 2 months ago.

Always some fool that has a smart ass remark and won't add anything worthy to the conversation.
On a 4-5 foot round or octagon, the cards don't actually don't do a lot of sliding. They spend most of the time in the air. End to end on an 8 footer is a different story.

Although watching those hot female dealers at ACF deal in that sexy ass European style of dealing...definitely need a slippery surface.

And I'd rather be a smart ass than a dumb ass...
The table is 72" across

Relax. You will not go far as a poker player if you are easily offended. Moving on.

The first part of Klobberer's post is gold. Simply practice pitching the cards off of your middle finger. There are plenty of videos online that illustrate this technique.

@mudhog, I will say that the new and improved title for this thread will likely attract even more comments similar to the above, most of which were initially posted in a positive, or at the very least humorous manner, but which you chose to take as a personal attack. Perhaps if you change the title of the other identical thread that you started 18 minutes later in another forum, you will get similar results.
