Can't wait to see what you're working on. And I'll keep moving forward with my design efforts (which certainly may end up being a private buy too, if everyone hates them. LOL.)

For individual chips sets what are the minimum chips you must order and what are the minimum for each denomination? I always through it was pretty high and that is why we did not see many sets out their that were not group buys.
If I do it, it would be custom text/design for the inner ring. Denom would on the label.
I emailed Matsui about doing multiple personal sets (cash and tourney) in one big order to see what kind of breaks they could give on the 500 Minimum Order Qty per denom and the under MOQ 15% fee. Costs for artwork, custom inlay options, custom inner rings, etc, would be covered 100% by the individual set owner. I will ask about breaks on those too.
Will let you know what they say when I hear back.

Just heard back. The MOQ fee would be waived if we meet a 20K chip minimum and all chips are shipped to one place. If there is enough interest in getting your own personal customs made (cash or tourney) I can start a new GB thread for it. Keep in mind that fees for artwork, special inlays options (ex: glitter), custom inner rings, etc., are the responsibility of the set owner and not split across the GB. Only the shipping would be split across all orders.
On the HS GB #2, shipping 20,090 chips added just under 12 cents per chip. So if you ordered a 1000 chip set, it added about $120 to your order for air shipping from Matsui to US.
@yone can you share the shipping cost for your set and how many chips so we can see if the math works for the GB to move forward? I think it does but just want to be sure. Thanks!
