Fun Good Friday with grilled meats, the Becklyn and Fortunate Son were my personal favorites.

Meat on Good Friday? You shall burn in Hell. :)
In fact, until very recently, all steak houses and souvlaki grills were voluntarily closed on Good Friday in Greece. Brothels too.:)
Back in the day, they remained closed throughout the Holy Week, by Law.

i have had two of the three before. Quilceda is one of my favorite, I have quite a few bottles including a couple magnums. Never tried Dr. Crane.

An excellent and truly exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, the first actually to be planted and scientifically cultivated in Greece back in the '70s, on a very mountainous vineyard, altitude 950 to 1050 meters.
Bears take a significant toll on the grapes, but they never destroy the vines:)
At 28E per bottle in its home village of Metsovo (who knows how much in Athens), and with a very limited production, it can hardly be exported (thankfully).
