See if this works. First chip is a correct chip. Second chip is the error. First time I've come across this in my CPC chips.

Correct. Every chip in my set has the NUTS logo on one side, and the blind squirrel on the other side. Only one I have found that was wrong.

That is interesting. I have a set that has 2 different inlays. By design, roughly 3/4 have Inlay A on one side, inlay B on the other. The remaining 1/4 have two side As or 2 side Bs.
Only one player has noticed (or at least mentioned it) - and I have 4 PCF'ers in my game.
