Just had a little fun predicting where the teams will finish this year. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

1. Man. City - Just too much talent.
2. Arsenal - Always the bridesmaid
3. Man United - I really don't care for Mourinho as a person, but he will coach United into the Champion's League
4. Liverpool - Klopp's first full year, and no European football should help them focus on the premier League. (wishfull thinking probably YNWA)
5. Chelsea - Also no European football to worry about, but I had to drop one of the big four to put Liverpool in the CL.
6. Tottenham - They blew their shot at the title last year.
7. West Ham - Solid if not spectacular team.
8. Leicester City - A good core, but not a lot of depth. Champion's League will take away from some of their focus, and if Mahrez leaves they will be even lower.
9. Stoke - Solid middle of the pack team.
10. Everton - Ditto
11. Southampton - Ditto X 2
12. Bournemouth - If they can stay healthy I can see them fighting for a mid-table spot
13. Swansea - Again fighting to get to mid-table.
14. West Brom - hope to avoid a relegation battle, Pulis should help them avoid going down.
15. Crystal Palace - Very inconsistent
16. Middlesborough - Has a shot at staying up.
17. Watford - Will be in a real fight to avoid relegation.
18. Sunderland - This is the year they finally go down.
19. Burnley - Just not talented enough.
20. Hull - A club in chaos, they still don't have a manager. I would be surprised if they didn't finish dead last.

I'm impressed anyone in the US even is aware of soccer never mind this knowledgeable on the subject.

I love the EPL, and it's growing a huge fan base in the U.S.A. They show multiple games a week on NBC Sports (usually one a week on NBC) and if you have a favorite team and they aren't on tv, all of their games are available to be streamed live on the NBC Sports Live app. As games become more available to the American public, I would imagine more and more Americans will become knowledgable.

The Liverpool placement is probably wishful thinking on my part. If Sturridge can remain healthy all season, and Mane and Wijnaldum are as good as they look in the preseason, they have a real chance though.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did finish 4th considering how crazy a season can be.

I think your heart is ruling over your head there a little. Mine coming up. All completely objective, of course!

I think this season could see both Manchester clubs break the 90 points barrier. With it coming right down to the wire, both for league winners and relegation.

1. Man. City - They just keep on spending. Hard to see them not winning it.
2. Man United - Mourinho will make a huge difference.
3. Chelsea - Conte is an excellent manager. He has a fantastic squad to work with. Third will be easy for them.
4. Arsenal - they'll get their 4th place trophy, as usual.
5. Liverpool - Hopefully they lose out on 4th and Champions League football on goal difference.
6. Tottenham - The nearly boys of every season. They could finish above Liverpool, but they've not really strengthened yet.
7. West Ham - Hanging onto Payet is like a new signing. Expect good things this season.
8. Everton - Koeman is an excellent manager. I think he'll do well in his first season at Everton.
9. Leicester City - Losing a lot of their best players. I think they could struggle, but Musa seems an excellent buy.
10. Sunderland - I expect Moyes to do what he does best. Defend against everyone and pull out a solid mid-table finish.
11. Stoke - They are a hard one. Could reach top 7 with the players they're signing, but I have them at mid-table.
12. Southampton - Losing Koeman is a big blow. Not sure they'll do as well this season.
13. Crystal Palace - They'll be safe. Very quick and good attack too good to go down. Poor defence so not good enough to be higher.
14. West Brom - Pulis is a great manager with the resources he has. Expect a close bottom of table, but they'll stay up.
15. Swansea - Shouldn't be this low down, but I think they could find it tough this year.
16. Bournemouth - They could struggle this year.
17. Middlesborough - Will JUST survive relegation.
18. Watford - Not good enough to stay up.
19. Burnley - Never spend, so will struggle to compete.
20. Hull - Could finish with the lowest ever points tally in Premier League history
