Just some Brybelly racks off of amazon. I didn't need to take out the top foam but I did flip it so that the flat side was facing the chips. It was definitely a tight fit but the foam molded to the chips shape so it's a perfect close now.

Same - I don't really need another case as I'm up to a dozen 910s but I want to see if I can do 800 chips comfortably without using Bud Jones boxes.

The Nanuk 915 works just as well as the 920 to hold 700 chips and 2-4 deck of cards but in a much more compact form. 600 chips fit in trays stacked two high but you need trays on top to keep them from moving around in the case. The last 100 is in a Matsui tray.

In inspiration of all the cool examples here, I got myself a Nanuk 910 and converted it for a T20k 6-8 handed case. It fits 340 chips, a deck as well as a dealer button. Overall I am very happy and somehow is also something special besides the standard poker cases. Thanks for the great tips and keep up the good work in this community

It's been around that price for a while now unfortunately. I bought mine around that pricepoint a year or so ago

You can get a graphite "used like new" from Amazon for $50 but yeah, long gone are the days were these were nearer $30.

But then it may just be worth waiting until another blow-out sale happens like the one from Galls. I'm wanting a blue and red to complete the collection so I've just put a price watch on camelcamelcamel and will snap buy if they drop to a reasonable price.

Amazon has a slight sale on some Nanuk cases. I like the 915 and 920 size cases since they can stack two rows high (with either padded foam piece on top or with a chip tray on top). I use some of the left over padding from my other Nanuk cases.

Yea it's a good price at 49. I got mine in 2020 for 45ish but considering how much prices have gone up on pretty much everything 49 is really good.

Correction. My order in 2020 was from Amazon for 45. My BH order was from March 2021 and was just under 38.

And the answer is YES! Thanks Amazon one day delivery! I removed all the foam and placed a very thin foam cutout on both the top and bottom of the case. I was able to successfully store 800 chips with standard racks (4 across x 2 high) and still have room for two boxed decks of cards, a dealer button, blind buttons and a card protector.

No problem closing lid (just a little pressure) & nothing moves. Good to go.

Will this not work by just removing the thick foam to snug fit 2 rows of chips w/o lids? I'm planning to buy my racks

Here's mine with 400. It required cutting up the foam for 2 cube deep layer under the foam on the bottom of the case and they all fit snug.
