I wanna add to this thread that the deal has been made; paid for, shipped and received.
I did call out @Poppin92 quite harshly, and although I think it was the right thing to do with the information I had at the time, I also want to make sure it’s known that everything went smoothly after we came to an agreement. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and choose to believe it really was a misunderstanding and that @Poppin92 probably just got a little carried away with calling dibs on sets left and right not realizing the unwritten rules of sale threads.
No hard feelings on my end and I hope you’ll have a bump free continued ride on the chippin’ journey @Poppin92

Omg there we go ...Can you please refer me in your sales thread ? I never places dibs !!! I contacted you cause I was intrested I also mentioned shipment from USPS takes 1-2 months to arrive here because COVID-19 delays and not wanting to wait that long on chips. You acting like I placed dibs in you’re thread and all that . Anyway I’m not going to go any further. This case was way before, I solved my case with Eriks. I understand that you might be upset me not intrested in buying you’re set but I can assure you that you didn’t lose buyers because of me cause I never placed dibs in you’re thread. I did however asked you in private about the chips , then you went to the PO got shipping cost. After that I DID AGREE and wanted to make the deal , but then I backed out . USPS is a mess at this moment , packages can be lost and did lose. And transit time is well over 1 month. I’m not doing it.

If you would prefer that I post the details of the exchange where you committed to the purchase, I would be happy to do so. You promised to pay in ten days and didn’t.

Why filling this thread back up and making it alive for nothing . I’ve had 4 smooth transactions already with people here and no problems on both sides. You are “warning” people , but for what exactly ?

You know when before Christmas this thread was so alive and everyone talked in it. It really got underneath my skin and felt terrible , couldn’t sleep actually and got anxiety problems. I thankfully cleared a lot it , and had smooth transactions with a couple members already. Cause I’m not a bad person at heart , and not a scammer EVER. but then I followed a thread where a member got paid and didn’t shipped chips out and even didn’t contacted the buyers. I felt bad for the people who did pay and not received anything not even communication. But I did realize I was actually in a much better position than him , I’m a buyer who didn’t owe anyone chips or money to anyone.
I can assure you , I’m a honest man who like I said before did make mistakes and backed out a couple transactions. But there are worse things , for sure.

There are worse things, yes. But doing so will hurt a community where sales are based on trust. And ultimately it will hurt your own chances to be able to buy what you want down the road. If you establish a reputation of backing out of deals eventually no one will honor your dibs.

Yes , I totally understand this Eriks. Just wanted to make sure that people don’t think I’m on my old road again. This case was even before yours. But I do understand what I did wrong , and like I said I from the moment I made good on our deal , I did follow up with other members as well and everything went smoothly.
Paying sellers on a timely basis and coming through smoothly on a very standard and ubiquitous deal is not exactly rocket science or neurosurgery.
The act of buying and selling and the quid pro quo that is expected of you is a very simple task that does not require you to hold a PhD.
The fact that you appear not even able to meet that very basic requirement without pissing off a whole bunch of PCF members with your litany of 'my dog ate my homework' excuses and your constant back-and-forth justifications to pardon your own failings suggests that perhaps you are at worst dishonest, at best incompetent.
