Looks a good list. Add some burpees, of jumping jacks in between to really get the heart rate up too.No gym access for me yet, so far here’s what I’ve managed to scrape together for a circuit around the house. If anyone else wants to do this all you need is a set of dumbells and one of those door frame pull-up bars (they’re cheap)
-pushups
-chinups
-dumbbell shoulder press
-curls
-dumbbell squats
-dumbbell lunges
-misc ab shit
Anything you’d add? I’ve done it a couple times and felt like I hit most of the majors, and more or less balanced
Bodyweight or weighted dips using a chair are a great one if you don't have access to equipment. As per the pic below
Also, pull-ups are better than chinups. Especially wide grip, once you start building up some strength. But those are pretty tough.
