Custom artwork group buy. US/CAN CARDS MOLD (12 Viewers)

Okay so my plan is to get about 7 barrels out in the next few days for samples in the small flat rate boxes. I am going to post who all got samples so after that people can message those folks for samples. If anyone has an issue with that please tell me.

Going to throw @GetUrShineBox under the bus here and say feel free to message him. To sample a barrel of $.
My idea is mess with them for a week then send them back to me please.

I am totally okay if you want to use my art for your chips set. :)

Okay samples I have the boxes sitting on my table I will get things wrapped and boxed up tonight. Hope to get them sent out on Wednesday. I have work and then notes I have to get done before 5 pm today.

I hope everyone is cool with this. I want everyone to be able to check out the chips before we get get a better idea of a OFFICIAL chip count for the order.

Reminder you can also get dealer buttons and plaques too after we hit our original 10,000 chips.

Any tournament people wanting to get seating tokens? I don't but if someone wants to that is something that could be appealing for folks. Just an idea.

Sean - a few questions of mine and from a couple of PMs that I received:

So are we understanding correctly that we could get one single dealer button with our individual design on it? No minimum? Can you find out the size? I think the Scrub Donkey DBs were about 55mm.

Would dealer buttons be a similar material to the "cards" mold chip, or ceramic like the Scrub Donkeys?

What about Bounty chips? Same questions as above. Minimums, size, material? Also the word "BOUNTY" printed around on the edges? I would definitely get 30-40 of these if they are 43mm with bounty printed on the edges and my personal design.

Do all orders need to be on the "cards" mold, or can someone have their order on any of the other blanks that this manufacturer uses? For example, same material as cards mold but on a plain blank with no stamped mold? Or would non cards mold chips be priced differently and not count towards out 10,000 chip goal?

If yes to above, what other molds or materials do they have? Would a plain blank turn out very much the same as the Scrub Donkey chips, or is that a different material than cards mold? To me cards mold feel more clay like while scrub donkeys feel like a traditional ceramic.

I am unsure of the texture on the dealer button. Currently having a communication issue on the dealer button. WIll come back to this later.

Cheaper price is for the 10,000 CARDS mold. Everything else would be a different price and I would suggest a different group buy if a person wants 400+ of a different chip.

43mm chips are possible they would be a different cost and 25 pcs minimum as well

if they are going to be the same dimensions as the Scrub Donkey dealer buttons, I suggest getting your buttons from BR Pro Poker. You’ll be much happier with the final product.

edited to change “quality” to “dimensions” because the quality is fine. Just a big difference in thickness.

I am certainly a very long ways from being the DB aficionado that you are. Can you elaborate? I literally own 4 DBs. A crappy plastic one that came with a cheap set of chips, an Atlantic City Boardwalk one (seems really nice) that I won here on the forum, and the 2 in my scrub donkey sample set. The scrubs are a lot thinner than the BW one, but they're pretty colorful and have a nice ceramic feel to them. Like I said, I know nothing about DBs so I genuinely would like to know.

What would be a minimum order for a custom DB from BR Pro Poker?

Not a DB aficionado either. Did order two different custom DBs from BR Poker Pro, and they were super nice and very good price, and fast. You can get one-offs (got a 2nd b/c so cheap). Would highly recommend them. They're great.
 
The Scrub Donkey buttons are, as you know, much thinner than a standard dealer button (like the AC Boardwalk). The print quality will be the same, because the material is the same (ceramic).

The 60mm diameter dealer buttons sold by BR Pro Poker are 5.6mm thick. The Scrub Donkey dealer buttons are 55mm in diameter, but about half as thick. Just feels cheap when you hold it, while the larger DB feels solid.
 
I don’t think there is a minimum quantity unless you want printing on the rolling edge. I personally like DBs with rolling edge printing, but you will need to order at least ten DBs to get that.

Thank you! This is why I'm here, to learn. If I can get a better quality and can get just one or a few, then I agree. Because clearly the AC BW DB is nicer.
 
I am going to remove the Dealer button as an option unless we want to do a big shipment of dealer buttons with custom art from BR Pro Poker and then put together with the chips we order??

I'm OK with the DB not having rolling edge printing, but I definitely want it on my Bounty chips. I would order at least 30 of those, so I assume BR Pro Poker can do those too? In 43mm? Or are they less of a big deal to get from our china manufacturer since they are a normal chip thickness?

.30 is an estimate that I am including the cost of your custom art, the shipping fee to the US and then when I reship it you. I plan to get a better break down once we get our totals in. I want this to be a fair and fun experience.
