Neither. These were part of a big box of damaged chips (by the casino) that Jim sold cheap after the Horseshoe Cleveland sale. I sorted through them and salvaged those that could be saved.

In my opinion, IHC are tanks like THC chips. Much thicker material between the hats and the rim of the chip. RHC seem to flea bite where the hat sits right next to the rim.
