Your PCF Bucket List (3 Viewers)

Mine are similar to most above, famous last words, but I am very close to being done pursuing additional chips (although I am on the edge of thinking I may want a leaded TRK mixed set....does it ever end :cry:):

1. Attend additional meet-ups in CONUS and at least one international;
2. Travel up north to play in @doublebooyah85's reg game or one of his tournaments;
3. Stop @Kam from getting his hands on my CDI98s (big news coming on that set by the way, hopefully in just a matter of weeks, something I never thought was achievable);
4. Get better at circus games and actually come out ahead at Degen in Dallas;
5. Finally convince chippers that 2 racks of $5s are plenty (#free the $25);
5. Learn the actual cotton content contained in TRK produced chips.

Chips:
1. Find just 25 more fantasy 20th Century $5s so I have two full racks;
2. Find a $100 and $500 CDI98 prop chip;
3. I don't even want to think about a small leaded TRK set...

Yeah, but I'll cut a bitch.
First you have to catch me!

Also, Tom Hanks is underrated.

Fine. Will meet you half way and not rob you if a CDI ‘98 guest set makes an appearance at DiD.

1. Stack @MatB
2. Stack @MatB again
3. Stack @MatB yet again
4. Stack @MatB some more.
5. More stacking of @MatB
6. Watch @MatB make the walk of shame to borrow some money

Attend more Meetups. DCS that I was not able to make last week is near the top of the list to attend. Some of the East Coast events as well.

1. Find a rack of THC solids, white or black, with a "J" hotstamp, completing my J-Z-PW lineup
2. Host a 3-table cash game, where my 100s and 500s from custom ceramic set get into play
3. Host a 3-table tournament, where I use all the denoms from my custom ceramic tournament set
4. Win my local league year-end tournament and get an entry into the WSOP main event (and then cash in the WSOP main event)
5. See a no-hitter in person (oh, wait, that's my baseball bucket list, how'd that get in here...)

Cool thread!

I was lucky enough to cross a big item off my bucket list last month, after many o years on the sidelines, I was finally able to hit up @k9dr's Melee this year. Got to meet a bunch of folks in person for the first time as well, and binked the circus tourney trophy, which was awesome.

My list:
  • Meet as many of my PCF friends from over the years in person as possible
  • Get to a Michigan area meetup/game (this will greatly help with the previous point)
  • Destination Whiskey PCF Meetup somewhere along the bourbon trail in Kentucky
  • Kickass 43mm custom ABC ceramic set (potential theme acquired)
  • Kickass 44mm CPC set (clay is nearly set, zero ideas on theme, zero money for it lol)
  • Kickass CPC Large crown mold set (a dream for after the kids graduate college)
  • Pass the Jersey meetup torch on one day....

Definitely want/need to meet more folks in person.
I am very spoiled with tons of PCFers in my area.
No more excuses, to hell with working on Friday and Saturday nights.

Chipping goals:
1.) Finish my Casablanca set (@pltrgyst -i am ready to make bad choices with my money!)

2.) Sell or trade all my random racks and barrels that kinda just collect dust.

3.) Stop half assing my two custom relabel sets and finish them.

4.) Get my home game going at least 1/month rather than 2/year.

5.) Rekindle the old “Chippers Anonymous” chat thread

Interesting thread…

1). Attend at least 6 meetups a year. Hopefully starting with JIJ VI @Irish in a couple months. ;) New to me on my wish list is MinneMania @inca911 COTS @Josh Kifer and Affair in Angel Fire @ekricket @travelgirl . Eventually retirement will help with this one.
2). Play with @Ronoh ‘s Pillage & Plunder set and talk him into selling it to me. Fink??
3). Be able to afford #2 above.
4). Attend a Europe meetup and @AK Chip ‘s Alaska meetup.
5). Get a regular game going again. I had a popular 2 table one going when I lived in Columbus, OH. Since moving to Orlando area, nada.
6). Order a Chanman table and maybe host a meetup one day.

Looks like my wish list is just like most of the others…get together at more meetups!

Ohhh ... one more..

I'd love to design the perfect poker software for the home market. It would:
- Manage events and RSVPs. (with email/text/app notifications)
- Have a front-end application for all users.
- Manage a database of all events so that users could filter the results however (finding average round out, who's busted them, etc. ... with drill downs)
- Allowing users that accepted the invitation to generate a barcode from their app to scan to buy-in to the game
- Running tournament software like TD, but it's built in.
- and several other items that I have thoughts on.

It's a huge lift, and would most likely cost a ton to develop .. and not sure if I'd have to patent anything or not. .. and how that process works. I also fear that it would be a small market for such detailed software that I would never recoup any of my costs.
Was doing some digging through the search function and found this, I've been thinking of trying to do it as well, I'm mostly a frontend guy but have worked with API calls on the back end as well, I'm not too familiar with mobile apps but can learn. I'm in college and studying computer science right now so this would be a cool project to have.

43mm leaded, unaltered Paulson $1 chips. I've never seen any and I doubt I ever will. But if anybody has a couple racks of those PCA T1 tournament chips, those would do!
Oh and of course get to more meetups, world peace, and all that other crap.
