Looking for advice for a possible first project. Would love to change inlays on 300 IG 1s I just purchased to .25 frac to match closely to my WTHC set. The molds are different, but still seems like a very nice chip to work with.

Seems like a good match color wise. I wouldn’t mix molds myself but if it doesn’t bother you, then why not. Could go with an over label instead of inlay replacement if you change your mind later. Plus it’s obv way less work.
If you don't mind a different mold then go for it.
For me Pips Mold are MANDATORY here. 4V418 spots w/ shaped inlays PREFERRED but a solid w/ hot stamp could work too. Another route would be the way of @Tonysquander & his choice of the 4W. He had these gems made
& I absolutely love the way they turned out.
