Agreed with above. You need more contrast between your 50¢ and $1, otherwise it could be very difficult to tell a difference especially if the lighting is not great. Have you gotten a sample set of their colors?

For fun while on "break", I'd challenge you to come up with a lineup with only 1 chip that has a brown in it, and only 1 chip that uses butterscotch/orange. Don't need to use it, but feels like you need something to force a look at something a bit different, where tweaking won't get there alone.

This is not a good idea.
If you like the brown and neutrals so much, save it for the inlay and make it consistent among all chips. That ties the set together.
Your primary concern about base chip colours and edge spots is to enhance contrast between them, especially with adjacent denoms.

Wait what happened? I thought we had a reasonable lineup? I've never seen this much dirty stack potential in 1 set.

This plus a black AV chips and we were there! If risk of red and yellow dirty make a green $20 or $25 from below. Now yellow or black can be AV.

You’re obviously not considering people’s suggestions though. Everyone is seeing and saying the same thing. Dirty stacks are going to be a nightmare with this set unless you make some harsh contrast changes in base colors, even then, the edge spots are too close too.
I thought we were making progress on the dirty stack front, but if anything, this version is worse in that regard than the original. Repeat after me, "Hi, my name is VerdeChipper and I am a brownaholic."

I’d like to say that I really like this set, and each chip looks cool. You should understand that this is not a criticism of your layout, but rather insights based on the experiences forum members have encountered. Believe me, people are sharing this with you sincerely and from the heart. I’ve seen many times how people with much more complex color schemes ran into issues during real games and ended up reworking part of their set, realizing they had wasted a lot of money and time. Why go through that? You want a playable set, not just a collection of beautiful but unusable chips, right? And I agree with @GreatWhiteDope — the first layout looks better than the later changes. Take some color samples and test them in actual gameplay conditions and lighting. And finally, just tweak the label a bit.

I have a game Friday, so I'll put the samples on the actual table. The samples on my desk, without the edgespots, actually look like there's enough contrast. But, the light is better than on my poker table so it's likely false hope.

You have a good palette, and you need to get some samples of the CPC colors.

If you love brown and butterscotch there's a way to bring it in, consistently, without making your chips a regret.
Here's a "Tree of Life" set I was playing with spot progression and I added browns everywhere. I made all spots brownaholic approved. Brought in the Verde pallet green instead of a standard green. I think first 4 chips all play well together.
As small frac if light chocolate moves to butterscotch I think it's too close to the red even though not adjacent denoms.
As AV chip I think the Blue is too close to the green as a $100 and confusing as a 50c chip (because blue is a vegas $1).
As AV chip I think the Chocolate is too close to the light Chocolate if AV Chocolate used at 50c.
Loving the Charcoal AV as it's close enough to black to be a great stand in $100 and we all think you'll stop using a 50c chip anyway.
So I think this is a great great dessert lineup. Denom'd 25c, $1, $5, $25 and AV.
Nonetheless. It's a couple iterations that will bring far less [well informed] vitriol from the PFC masses. You should still use a color blind simulator tool but the red and green are kind of always a problem unless they are very different.

We don’t want you to have buyers remorse after dropping several thousands of dollars on CPC chips. I know you love brown, but you WILL regret your purchase if you keep ignoring all of our input about dirty stacks.

Tons of respect for putting yourself out there. I am really excited to see where this goes. It might be worth while to take it to the next step and reach out to one of our designers here to possibly show you things that you might love, but never really thought about. I worked with @timinater on my custom ceramics and I was floored with the results he came up with.

Here's the CPC samples & my Tinas (you guys are gonna blow a gasket on the Tina chip denominations 
I ordered those in a rush).
Here's my musts: I simply must have a green/verde chip (light green) and since I'm a brownaholic, a light chocolate or chocolate chip. I also really wish the edge spots to be the same throughout the set - my mind is starting to open though. I love the old school Binion chips with the A spots, so that's why I like the A spots - and, you just don't see them as much. Have I mentioned that I really, really like the butterscotch chip color? but I am seeing that butterscotch and light chocolate are too similar. I like the light blue and imperial blue, but in my current Tina set, the blue and green are the ones that tend to blend dirty. So - no light blue as a base color. No issues with the others. Our game typically has the low denominations on the table (25c 50c gasp, 1$). The high dollar ($20) is just used for rebuys. So... I really just need 3 or 4 - 25c, 1$, $5 and an AV chip. I don't want a dayglo color for a base.
I like the idea of the inserts slightly changing to match the base color because when they are splashed, they stand out better than if they were all the same.
Keep the critique coming, it truly is helpful AND a learning experience.

Figured I’d mess around with this. I don’t usually care for this spot, but I think it’s kind of cool with a desert theme, for some reason. I also don’t think using the same spot is that big of a deal. Look at all the great 312 sets, and this isn’t that dissimilar.

That is an understatement!
Do you have a color sample set? You may want to borrow/rent one. It will be very helpful. This is better than the op. You will still have dirty stack issues.
I think the worry here is about consistent edge spots AND similar colors AND big spots so less base color to make the difference.
Send me a Tina sample set when the CPCs come in. I'm an investor!

I'm late to this; would you want to leave the denom off the 50cent piece? Then you have two fracs but it can serve as 50cent, 5cent, 10cent, free drink chip, bounty, whatever you need. That's an excuse to buy more chips but its more flexible than just 25c and 50c.
He is in for: .25, 1, 5, AV but since $20/$25 is his buy in chip it can still be used with the other chips SO I think it should be 25c, $1, $5, $25, AV so it's $0.50 in small game and lets a bigger game happen.

I'm completely open to leaving 50c off a chip and using it as an AV - makes sense, flexibility for small tourneys and we can still use in our normal train-wreck game. The denominations of the set are going to be 25c, $1, 5$, 20$ (20$ instead of $25 because our buy in is $20) and an AV (for the 50c) I'll refine the label colors after I sort the chip colors out. I really thought this would be easier.
The rebuy chips rarely hit the table so if there is 2 chips that are most likely to dirty themselves, 1 can be the $20 So, in reality, I only need 4 chips that can play nice together.CPC probably won't start taking new orders until they've moved. I'm the only one that plays at a casino, so this chip set and the colors/denominations are just for us and this silly game - I haven't even really tried to use standard casino colors.

The closest to what I'd call terracotta in the samples is probably dayglo orange (name doesn't make too much sense) BUT, It also has a warning about dayglo colors and non day-glo colors that could result in split spots - that's the only reason I didn't use it. It's a great color for the palette.
Okay, here is my attempt at satisfying everyone, always a fruitless exercise. Some dayglo orange for the terracotta fans, a butterscotch chip for Verde (just reversed the chip and edge spot colors on the black chip), no dirty stack issues, at least some brown on every chip for the addict and largely maintains the color order of Verde's current set so as not to confuse his players more than necessary. Like Verde's examples, ignore the denominations...

Ah, screw it.. I'll toss another out there too for fun. Ignore inlays of course.. but 25c/1/5/25/100 lineup. If you want a 50c, would agree with an ncv or something. Good luck though, seems like you're making progress!
