I like your idea. I once thought about a Tiger vs Dragon Shaolin theme (never developed it). It's going to be what you want it to be. An observation: You have different "inlay" shapes. You also have differing inlay background colors on the 1 and 100 chips while the 5 and 25 appear to be white. That seems like a lot going on between chips in that it breaks up any continuity of the set. Maybe consider making all background colors different from chip to chip, or drop the inlay shapes, or make all backgrounds white? The size of the inlay on the 1 chip seems smaller than the others also.
