What to do with Kem Cards after they have gotten Hot? (2 Viewers)

I bought some Kem cards and the surface is not smooth and shiny but more rough and imperfect. Can I send the cards back to KEM or how can I restore them? Thanks

I had several kem decks with a textured finish. I like them better than the regular ones. They seem to last longer too.

You bought them new and they’re defective? I would contact your retailer for a replacement.
Or by hot, you mean they were stored in a poor environment? Nothing you can do, as far as I know.
