I’m making a Fhloston Paradise tribute tournament set using THC solids.

However, I want to make a cash set too and am considering CPC. I’m thinking of making a percentage of the $1 and/or $5 chips with oversized inlays containing ‘promos’ for performers at the venue, as seen in many Vegas casino chips.

These would be mostly for Diva Plavanaguna and Ruby Rhod, performing shows on the ship.

Anyway, the question is, what percentage of the chips should have these larger promo inlays?

I know larger and different design inlays intermingling with the others may be tilting for some, but I think it’s an interesting/unique idea that would work perfectly for this set particularly.

Side note: I wish CPC offered those massively oversized inlays that RHC chips often have in casinos. That would be ideal for this idea. Has anyone ever done an inlay replacement on an oversized inlay RHC chip? I’d imagine it would be difficult and perhaps impossible.

@Quicksilver-75 did something similar with his Imperial Plaza chips featuring Iron Maiden.

CPC offers "oversized" inlays on some molds. Or you could run 7/8" inlays on most chips with 1" inlays on the special chips. Not exactly oversized, but at least larger and noticeable.

Yes perfect! That’s exactly what I was thinking. Very well executed!
I thought I had a totally unique idea haha.

I was considering 7/8 size for the regular chips and 1-1/16 for the promos. Not sure which mold would work best for that

Looks like A Mold, B-Diamond Hourglass and No mold would be your only options at CPC with those slecific inlay sizes. There are others that offer 1" and 1 1/16th such as FDL.
