The loading process is a little like connect 4 and I hated seeing the chips bounce on steel.
2 out of 3 steps involve a sprayer and hand brush. Honestly casinos would be better off with a nice ultrasonic and a salad spinner.
Still, anything casinos can do to maintain their chips is appreciated.
