I've been out of the tournament scene for a few years (strictly cash games) but I'm debating buying some royals blanks and putting Gear labels on them for a fairly cheap semi custom tourney set since it won't get that much use. At max it would be a 2 table tourney with most times being STT but again, I'd like to be able to accommodate 2 tables. My guys like having more chips in front of them (as do all of us!) I'm thinking T10K starting stacks with unlimited rebuys until the 1st break. Between 1st and 2nd break I was considering having a 1 rebuy limit and then an optional add on after the 2nd break (still messing around with structure and always open to suggestions). Whats a good breakdown for my purchase?

160/160/80/160(180)/40(20) minimum.

8/8/4/7 stacks

240/240/120/240/120 for 12/12/5/6 stacks. Also good for up to 30 with the stack breakdown above
This, especially if you don’t expect to fill two tables regularly. You can do 12/12/5/6 for up to 15 players, and do 8/8/4/7 if you have more.

Thanks guys. Its been years since I ran my last tourney and I can't for the life of me remember my structure, and how I handled rebuys and add ons. I know the goal was to get as much cash in the prize pool as possible while still allowing for something other than a shove fest

Buy in, re-buys, and optional add-on when re-buy period ends.
