Hmmm, I'm not exactly sure here. @MarquetteMonkey bid exactly at 7:00. The time reference examples do not list a bid at the exact closing hour. If his bid is valid, does it extend 5 minutes? If so, @wonderpuddle wins. If Monkey's bid isn't valid, then wonderpuddle wins. I need some help here to clarify.

I think @wonderwins either way. The question is at what price. If marquettemokey was late then Wonder had the last bid anyway, and if Marquette's did count then Wonder wins in OT
