I've never seen these Top Hat No Cane Chips. Are these Chinese knockoffs? This was my first time ever seeing chips like these. If someone knows and can comment as I'm curious what these are. Thanks.

They're not Paulsons. They're injected mold plastic chips that apparently seek to emulate the look of a Paulson.

Source: bought some off Marketplace and thought I found a score. Now I have a bunch of plastic chips tarnishing my collection.

Picked up something like these a year ago. Seller just wanted to get rid of them. Haven’t used them yet but I figure they would be a decent option for a camping trip where I don’t have to worry about the heat warping my usual chips.

Controversial opinion - these feel solid for what they are. No clue how they wear or actually are in play. Someone sent me a stack as packing filler once and I was surprised

These look like the first chips I had. Mine were plastic and were a step up from the wafer thin chips.

These are the official chips of casinos, I don't understand the problem...
As with most chips, the terms "official" or "professional" should be a big warning sign.

How are they as far as plastic chips go? 10g faux clay brilliance? 11.5g slippery as shit metal slugs? Light but stackable?
