I would make sure any text and the denom are well clear of the card mold. That indentation doesn’t seem to accept the ink in the same way as the upper surface of the chip.

Yes I was worried about that but the denoms and grapes spilled over on the vineyards and they still look OK to me. Not perfect, but they have some character:

I pushed everything in just a bit to minimize text overlap with the cards inlays. I'm thinking of ordering a single table set of these soon, just to see how they turn out. Here's what will likely be the final version.

Here's first shots of the set from Tina. I'm pretty happy overall. I could have gone a bit darker with the blue $0.25 color but I wanted to stay with sky colors. The $1, $5 and $100 look nice to me. I did print the $500 on 43mm to differentiate. I should have them by mid-November.
