After finishing up the PNY cards mold set, I finally pulled the trigger on the Red Baron set I designed which I had been working on for a few months now. You can find the full Aerodrome/Red Baron design thread here.
The set is a "Giant label" aeronautical theme set done in 39mm cards mold by Tina. I tried to keep the colors in theme with the set, so the fractional is sky blue, $1 is white, and of course we have a bright red, army green and black chips. The $500 was printed on a larger 43mm chip.
I'm pretty happy with the overall result - it actually came out a little better than I expected.
I did post a thread offering a small number of sample sets here if you are interested. These may be in a future group buy:
