TEQUILA (1 Viewer)

The question I have, what’s the best method/juicer for limes?
I think these are the simplest to use and you can just toss it in a drawer.

Cut in half and squeeze.

What’s in it? Who cares, $5 margaritas are awesome!!

5 please, and 9 $1.50 tacos… don’t judge my life! Haha

In all seriousness there have been a few evening over the years with a bottle of 1800 and @Seeking Alpha Social Club and I trying to find the bottom and failing! This one was his meet up about 4 years ago at 3 am and he and I were still going shot for shot!

As far as choices… I am a Suza fan, Hornitos with Lime is my favorite shooter, but Tres generations (Suzan’s high end) is fantastic! Not a Patron fan but Avion, Partida, Master Doble, Don Julio, Partida, Milagro… they are all in the basement ready to party!! Haha

Haven’t tried these yet.

But seems the Agave peeps like the Ocho Repasado

And the guy at the store got giddy when he realized the Arette was hiding at the back of the shelf.
So based on that I bought it

Liked the Ocho Reposado but think the Fortaleza is much nicer.

I am here on the walk of shame.
I’m lazy. Even though I did a stint in my youth as a bartender, I still used a bottled margarita mix (one without the tequila) from Costco for convenience.
Since I couldn’t find any in store recently, I decided That’s It, time to bite the bullet and start from scratch. I bought the Chef’n juicer from Amazon:

And with a bag of limes, a bottle of Cointreau and some agave syrup, I did it proper.
Oh my, do I feel like a fool using a mixer for that last couple decades.

A few bottles I picked up today. I'm really excited to try the Tapatio bottles. I have heard great things especially about the 110. The Plata 48 is a backup bottle. My original is getting low. I also got a suprise Weller full proof store pick.
