Take Brie to the Movies (9 Viewers)

Apparently there is a slew of the younger generation that has completely missed out on classic movies.
Too true. I didn't see this mentioned above, but its worth mentioning again.
If you have any idea what the "cold war" was about, you will find this supremely entertaining

Dr. Strangelove
or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb

I recorded Scarface yesterday. I’ll watch it later, as I’ve never seen it. About to pop one cherry

It is gloriously over the top. I absolutely love it!!! I'll have to re watch it this weekend. I'm not a Michelle Pfeiffer fan. I LOVED her in this flick. She plays a great coked out whore.

Normally, that would not be a compliment. In this case I agree, it might be her best role ever

I just watched Groundhog Day the other day, for the first time. I enjoyed it very much. I admit to not having seen a lot of the movies in this thread. I probably should!

I watch it at least once a year

Excited!! "On Golden Pond" is in the mail box, I haven't seen that move in 25 plus years and Brie has never seen it. Not sure why all of a sudden I had to buy it, but looking forward to watching a true classic this evening after working in the Bottom

We own 6.5 acres but when I bought it, it was very over grown and the woods were out if control. This road was once just natural woods... a little at a time we cut down smaller trees (to burn in the wood stove in the winter) and opening up the land. About 1/4 mile back a river runs through our property and one day the path will make it there so the neighborhood kids can swim and play back there without fear of snakes and ticks! One trailer load to the dump at a time this is a mutli year project but going to be awesome someday!!

Truly iconic. Still ranks in my top ten quality movies of all time. Enjoy.
