I left the casino at 4am this morning so I didn’t bother cashing out. I didn’t want to waste the 5 minutes it would take for the cashier to count it 3 times. Plus it gives me an excuse to take a few more racks home.

Very little profit though, in for $1100. I was never up more than $300. Most of the the night the straddle was on and it raised to $50 to $100 preflop. But I will take a win, even a small one.

First casino session in several weeks for me, playing 1/2NL at my local room. In for $275, out for $512.

Early in the session I flopped quad kings, and they managed to hold up for a $1500 high hand jackpot. Unfortunately I screwed up the surreptitious picture and didn't take another. My card room prohibits photography, so I try to take my shots as discreetly as possible.

As near to a chip-and-a-chair comeback story as I'll ever get. I manage to run the initial 5,000 up to about 60,000... A great excuse to test the amazing camera on my new phone.

I then had my pocket tens cracked by pocket sevens, which took me down to two big blinds. I then catch a two-outer on the river to make a full house against trips; the rest, as they say, is history.

Make it down to the final three, where we agree to split the pot.

Pays for another rack of Paulsons, I guess.
