After browsing PCF and reading reviews, I decided that the Majestics satisfied many of my desires in the perfect poker chip and they seemed to be a risk-free buy for a first set. So, I'm thrilled to have just received my first set of pokerchips- a 300ct Majestic set! Since I'm from the East Coast, I'm used to playing with 1,000s that are orange, somtimes known as "pumpkins". I ordered a roll of orange $0.25 majestics with the intention of swapping the labels with the $1,000 yellow so I could have a $1,000 orange majestic chip. I'm wondering how can I efficiently do this swap?

My understanding is:
  1. User razorblade to peel label
  2. Clean inlay area with isopropyl
  3. ???
How would I adhere the labels to the other chip?

Any general tips to offer in this relabelling process?

Thanks

I've relabeled China Clays before. I recommend storing the labels on wax paper between taking it off, and reapplying it to the new chip. Other than that, just make sure the chip is completely dry before you reapply it. Best of luck. And post photos of the end result! (y)
