Recommendation for Kem alternative (1 Viewer)

And they're dirt cheap too. I'm planning to grab a bunch when I'm in Vegas in a few weeks.
Just going to +1 this. Love cards and don't prefer KEMs because the bowing and they're a bit too soft for us, but the WSOP Copags have been a fantastic deal.

If you have never felt the Gemaco SuperFlex I would advise trying them as well, very soft shuffle. Grab a setup or two to try, you won't beat this price.

I’m certain I played in events this year that were Jumbo bridge w the purple and orange backs. Even think the main utilized those decks…
I thought the WSOP only used jumbo index cards for mixed games, no?

Idk, I could be mistaken. I also played a mixed event so that would explain my confusion.

Regardless they have a jumbo bridge w the cool purple/orange backs and I’m hoping they come available…

Prices of other brands have gone up significantly as well, David. Not arguing for sticking with KEMs as I got bitten by the brand too many times and will never buy them cards again myself... Just pointing to the fact the price gap between KEM and others increased but not as much as one might think.

Also, for some reason, US is a horrible market for buying playing cards. Just weird. Not many premium options available here. In other words, because of lack of local availabillity, all the great suggestions above and below will cost you a pretty penny as well and they will be hard to find.

I tried some cheap cards recommended in the forum and they lasted literally two hands in my game. Could not stand them. @WedgeRock saw that a couple of times.

For a decent price, you can find Modianos, Da Vince and Guild (all Modianos btw) but they don't feel like KEMs at all imo.

I've been felting those WSOP Copags (2023 bridge jumbos) that @Spinettis Gaming sells and have been pretty happy with them. Tough to beat value-wise.

I also tried some cards from vendors here on PCF and they weren't for me, although I know many here like them. It could be just me. I should be receiving the new BA and have a high expectation they will be better.

Long post for not a lot of help, LOL!!!
Here's the link for everyone! ;)

I've heard alot of people say they find similarities with LotFancy to KEM. I personally don't think they're similar but still great cards and cheap enough to try out without it hurting if you don't like it!

I think it depends on which factors are important to you. Lot Fancy cards are flexy like Kem, and there very few cards on the market that are that flexy.
So on a related note:
New Broken Arrow Pros are slick similar to KEMs
I guess I can imagine what you mean by slick. But in terms of flexiness, these cards are almost night and day - Broken Arrow cards are on the stiffer side.

Following up to this...

Got my setup of Used Copag WSOP 2024 Bridge/Jumbo cards from Spinettis and can confirm they are in incredibly good condition.

No warping, no bends, no markings, no fading. Lay flat.

I'd say they're "good to go" for putting in play, and not terribly priced at $12.99. Will probably snag a few more.
