They've got a two-deck setup here that they say is plastic and manufactured by Fournier for $14. Radically different design, though.

No idea what their shipping costs look like.

There's also one on eBay right now with a similar but slightly different back design to the one in the OP in white/greyish. Looks like they're bridge size but no idea if they're jumbo index.

It's shame they're not jumbo index, they look nice and I'd easily pick up a couple if they were.
