I hope all is well. I just want to give you all a quick update on what I'm currently working on.

Mobile App
Aside from the refreshed UI, here’s what to expect from the next build:

Enhanced Notification System
Notifications are now more reliable than ever. In-app alerts are delivered instantly whenever a private game is scheduled, updated, or deleted.

New Notifications Screen
A dedicated screen now lists all your notifications in one organized place, making it easier to stay up to date.

Quick Access to Payout Cards
You can now access both the Player List and Player Payout Cards directly from the Private Games section — streamlining the process of updating payouts.

Chat Feature Removed (for now)
The chat feature has been temporarily removed. It may return in a future update once improvements have been made.

I hope to have these updates released within the next couple of week.

Web App
club-PKR | Pro is still in open beta while I finish up testing and making a few final tweaks. The good news — I’m really close to the official release!

Right now, the app’s fully functional and free to use. Once it officially launches, there’ll be a small monthly fee for new users. So if you haven’t already, jump in now — you’ll get your first year free just for signing up early!

Access to club-PKR | PRO is temporarily restricted while I complete the final round of testing before its full release. Expect a release date soon.
 
Hi all,

Here's what to expect from the next update to the mobile app.
  • UI: Further updates to the UI
  • Clubs Screen: Access the Private Game Management area directly from the Clubs screen — making it faster to schedule and manage private games.
  • Private Game Screen: Hosts and administrators will be able to open the Players screen from the Private Game screen, streamlining the process of adding players and updating player payout cards.
  • Android Bug Fix: Resolve issue where the phone’s navigation bar overlaps a part of the app's UI.
  • Private Game Screen: Players will be able to view the Report Payout Card once a private game goes live. Currently, this option is only available after a game is marked as completed
  • Player Payout Card Screen: New Add-on button — quickly update a player’s buy-in / rebuy by entering the amount and tapping Add-on.
  • Private Games / Session Management: Games will be grouped by status for easier navigation.
  • Private Game Management: Cancelling an event will require confirmation to help prevent accidental cancellations.
  • Account Setup / Profile Management: The Availability and Preferred Games fields will become optional.

Massive shout out for all the feedback and suggestions to date.

I hope to have all, if not most, of this updates out within the next couple of weeks.

Mobile App Updates​

Event & Invite Screens​

  • Updated Cash Game and Tournament invite screens.
  • Club owners and administrators can now edit and cancel events directly from the invitation screens.
  • The Register button remains available until the event is completed.
  • When all seats are filled, the Register button will display “Join Waiting List.”
  • The Player Payout Report option becomes available only after the event is completed.
  • UI improvements ensure all elements are visible without requiring scrolling.

Notifications​

  • Players are now notified if they are removed from an event.
  • Club owners and administrators receive notifications when a player registers for an upcoming event.
  • Administrators can notify waiting-list members when a seat becomes available.

Players & Payouts​

  • Updated Player Payout Card UI.
  • Updated Player Payout Report UI.
  • Action buttons on the Player Screen have been moved to the player bar, removing the need to swipe.

Player Registration​

  • The email field is no longer required when adding a guest player.
