OMG. I haven't been around much but was concerned when I saw many people using the J5 Design as their avatars. With some searching I came across the sad news. I have worked with John on various projects going back to 2011. I'm a little sad I don't have his logo imbedded in my artwork. But his final design work was sent to me 9/25/2013. My hotstamp project drifted for many years but finally came to fruition when @ekricket stamped my grail set. I dropped the chips off at his Angel Fire meetup in fall 2021 and he delivered them 10 months later at Degen in Dallas II in Aug 2022. I think John would have been happy to know that his design work and the subsequent production was facilitated by two separate meetups.
