I think this kind of thing is going to happen a lot more in the future. Stuff relabeled all over and nobody passes that info on. I’m not going to become a singles collector and have to peruse a magazine every time I want to buy a set of chips to make sure all the chips are original.

You're right. It can get real confusing. Sellers should absolutely pass this info on when they sell or trade chips they have relabeled.

Something to definitely keep in mind when buying chips around here, that there are a lot of "fakes" (if i can call them that) introduced over the last couple of years. Both relabeled clay chips, and custom made ceramic chips that look just like the real deal to 99% of people. Buyer beware I guess

Well, shoot!! I had a project going that I was going to relabel into Missouri Belle chips. Those look great. I was just there a couple days ago. I should have got around to my project much sooner, I guess.

Anyone still following this thread? I came here because I LOVE $20 chips and I'm hoping to add a barrel or two to a set I just bought. A leaded THC hot stamp would be ideal, preferably with a 3D14 spot pattern. Any of the normal colors would work - purple/yellow/brown or non traditional greens. Possibly black too as I could change my $100 color if I had to. I could also go with a chip with an inlay, or a chip that I could murder and relabel.

I figured everyone who has posted in this thread might have an idea of what is even possible to obtain. Once I get my new set in hand, I'll take photos and post a wanted ad in the classifieds.
