5,000 chip max order? This will go in a hurry.
Tommy already cleared that up, what they are saying is that lead time is only quoted for an order of 5000 max. More chips are okay, just will take longer than 10-15 days.

Oh man. This might be a little silly but I’m considering buying a few racks of 1s for our group of friends to use while playing dice games such as midnight(1-4-24).

Is there a way to order just a sample set, one of each?
Order a sleeve of each and sell 24 sample sets, or offer a group buy for sample sets? I seriously considered doing this, but figured Josh would likely offer sample sets later on his web site, and didn't want to infringe.

The distribution you need depends entirely on the games you play. 1830 needs a way different set of chips than Acquire, for example.
Still contemplating picking up a set for a Monopoly (& other games) set......

Yeah, other games will need different breakdowns. I just think these graphically are too perfect for Monopoly.

I just bought 50 of everything to start. Figure that will cover most board games and I could make a small tourney set (we do lunchtime poker sit-n-gos sometimes with 2-4 people in the office). And I could add to it later if I decide I need more of anything.

If you're really trying to save money you could use the .25, 1, 5, 25 denominations instead (12x12x7x2):
125 x T.25
125 x T1
75 x T5
25 x T25
350 chips with enough spare T5 & T25 to colour up the T.25 & T1
Wanna go even smaller with an 8x8x3x3?
100 x T.25
100 x T1
50 x T5
50 x T25
300 chips with enough for colour-ups and several re-buys.
Of course the lower chip values won't look as baller but you'll save some coin.

Very much this. I wasn't a fan of the Top Hat, so I went with the PCF chips, because even though they have PCF as the main focal point (which I wasn't uber crazy about either), they are very well done.
If the next Apache design is knock out gorgeous, well, I guess I'll have two of these Lammer sets.
