Did you put a roundover on the plywood for the rail? If so, what radius bit did you use? I'm doing a single sheet of 3/4" ply, thinking of using a 1/4" roundover bit.
I did a light haze of 3m 77 like Tony did in the video. It seemed to work very well and I'm not worried about the cloth stretching and getting wrinkles ever because it's lightly glued and pulled/stapled vs just stapling.
Tony's the man! One thing i try to make sure i do not do is apply to much adhesive... Just as tony does is is best, Light and good coverage.... when i first started building, i swear i would use a whole can just on the paying surface.... and it always came out looking like s***.... Trial and a lot of error
