Seems like a good way to end the work week. First time trying ECSB.
I admittedly don’t have a lot of experience with high-proof bourbons, yet. Definitely a lot more heat than I’m used to! Still a Tonne of flavour through the heat though - I had a lot of “chocolate orange” “vanilla” and “cinnamon” but what do I know?!?
Take your time. The first few sips will shock you. Then you can settle in and appreciate the proofy flavors.
Definitely seemed to be the case! Might try neat and then with a drop or two of water next time to see the difference.

Had quite a few drinks this weekend thanks to host of drivers including Harley and Roman thank you guys. Apologies to Roman for being a little too drunk to communicate that I was staying in different town from the one you drove to. And also that it was an airbnb and not the mariott.
