Outstanding!! I’ve had this once before and it’s every bit as great as I remember it was. Fantastic nose and possibly the longest finish of any Irish I’ve ever had…or other lower proof 15yr old anything’s for that matter.

Up next is yet another fresh crack and then one more afterwards hitting cleanup!

Finally tracked one down on day 1 of the family vacation in Charleston. Very solid shelfer pour. Enjoying it actually.

Absolute perfect finish to the others. All very different, and each progression gets better and better, but this one closes out the flight with a bang! It’s bright, punchy and packed full of intense tropical flavors. Am I the only one that gets grilled pineapple with this one?

This was a fun flight and I’d like to thank my wife and daughter in making this all possible…letting me have a quiet, empty house for a random weekend.
