Whenever I open a new bottle and it’s just mediocre or worse, I make it a point that I have to drink from that bottle before any other pour for the night. I get through them pretty quick.

My problem now is I only have my good bottles open and I’m working through them too quickly. I need a few bad bottles to buffer

Trip to the liquor store, buy some cheap stuff, like Evan Williams BiB. That swill can make all your other bottles taste way better by comparison lol.

I forgot all about this. I can only imagine the reaction from the distillery when you wanted that put on the bottle. My free case for doing the artwork must still be tied up at customs
