I couldn't find any info or review on the new design for the Slowplay Premium Cards : https://www.slowplay.store/products/premium-playing-card-set#description

I've just ordered a set, anyone here has one? I remember the old back design left people confused, they have changed that now, and it looks so much better.

The one OP shown is actually SlowPlay Gen2 Version 2. They have a Gen2 Version 1 too which is the same stock but different back design, which it was only released for a short period of time before they changed it to the current version.

I got all 3 version of the SlowPlay Cardstocks.

Gen2 is a vastly better improvement over their Gen1 version which I have previously reviewed in a post below.

I wonder if their cards fit in their chip case. The 2 card deck spots in a Slowplay case won't fit a standard deck of cards.

Just bought a set. I would say they handle similarly. If I recall properly their advertising stated the innovation was with the inks and that they would last longer. That was the complaint I had with the first gen, so I got these decks. They are, of course, stiffer than the Desjgns we are currently using for our regular games (the Bridge Jumbo index is our current fave).

I really wanna buy their 500 43mm chip case but this is indeed an issue that needs to be fixed.

Nice, thanks for sharing your review. How were the Gen1 cards? Are you talking about these?

I've played one game with them and they feel really nice, really slick. They have the feel and quality as the Casinos I go to.

I like the art on the Ace of Spades. The packaging is of very good quality, it was hard to open the decks the first time though.

Jus received mine and put them through some shuffles.
Found them to be slippery on both face and back, gripping them in one hand is difficult.

Flex is so-so, def less flexible than copag elites.

Will not recommend these.
I'd rate these a 2/5.
