I'm digging the top row chips. I like the non traditional look, would be a perfect ceramic.
Also a big fan personally of simplistic designs so the middle row far left is really drawing me in there as an inlay.

I went with H club because my last name starts with H

with what has been presented I would go with 3 or 8 since it seems the only one that is personal.

or some variation like
